I had a great stay at this apartment! It was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.

I have stayed here before and enjoyed my stay. Staff are great. Location for access to Berawa and other areas of Canggu is really good. The location is off the main road, so traffic noise is limited. The facilities are good. Staff are on hand and around during the day if you want to ask anything.

Back of building - room 11. You have your own terrace area, which has no lock on the sliding doors to the area. These doors don't close fully and there is no lock, which is a safety issue and they let annoying and biting cleg flies come in. There is currently building work every day (yep, even Sundays!!!), just behind the wall terrace (not Sunny Canggu's fault at all), so sadly it is noisy and overlooked, as they are on level one and two now. The builders are nice and wave, but the noise and being overseen is what you should expect.

This places has good energy. Very quiet, but also conveniently located and close to many cool cafes, restaurants and the beach. The rooms have a lot of natural light, which I really like. The pool area is also lovely. I’ve been in Bali for a few weeks now staying in different places and so far this one is my favorite. Great value for money too

The kitchen area could be a bit more developed - although I didn’t really plan on using it anyway.

The location is convenient, being close to Finn's Beach Club, restaurants, and spas, and the room is spacious. However, the facilities are very basic, with an uncomfortable mattress and a mild moldy smell in the rooms. The view from the basic rooms (those not facing the internal courtyard) is poor, overlooking a construction site. If you're not on a budget, it's better to choose a more comfortable place, especially if you're arriving after a long-haul flight. This place is just an okay option if you're looking for a budget-friendly crash pad.

Communication with the property manager is difficult, and if you need assistance, it may be challenging to get help or resolve any issues. It's important to note that this is a shared villa, not a hotel. There is no reception or staff on-site to assist you. When you arrive at the villa, the key to your room will be in a lockbox. Therefore, for any needs related to the villa, you must communicate with the property manager, Mirah, via WhatsApp. Upon arrival, we checked in and took a shower, only to discover that the bathroom drain was clogged, causing the bathroom to flood (the floor had no level difference), with water leaking into the room. We attempted to resolve the issue with a cleaner who is present in the villa during business hours. Although the cleaner was very polite and kind, his English was limited, and he directed us to contact Mirah. When we contacted her, it was very difficult to get a solution. She kept making excuses and eventually stopped answering our calls and texts. We had to call her from a different number for her to respond, which showed a lack of professionalism. It took hours to get a solution, and she only agreed to move us to a different room after much persistence. The situation worsened when one of us got Bali Belly, and we requested an extra blanket (as only a small blanket/linen is provided, with no complete bed sheets). We were two friends sharing a room, and since there was an extra mattress on the floor, my friend moved to it because I was feeling unwell. We tried to reason with Mirah for an extra blanket, but she was unhelpful, telling us that there was no one else working in the villa (this was around 7 p.m.). We ultimately had to rent an additional room because she refused to help, and this was the only way to get extra bed linens.
