It was clean, the air conditioner worked perfectly

There was nobody there to greet me - I waited outside in the heat for 20 minutes and had to contact the staff to check me in. There was no safe to put valuables. There were no clean glasses or cups in the room - you had to use the “community” ones in the outdoor kitchen

The location is good close to A lot of shops, the place has a lot of potential

But the owner or manager to me was very rude, she said no to all my requests. The bed was extremely hard and made up of two single beds instead of an actual double mattress as you expect when you book and I asked if I could change the room as I was extremely tired after longhaul travel and even though there was a room available she wouldn’t change it and lied that the bed is the same which is not because I saw it was a normal double mattresses in some other rooms. Anyway for the price you pay here you can get much better place and mosque nearby prayers woke me up at 5am and i couldn’t sleep again.

Location, room was big enough, toilet good, pool good!

Maybe blinds are not dark enough when light comes up

Very quiet location and accommodation in general. The room was spacious and the bathroom looked like it had been recently renovated, with great lighting! Had some issues but the staff reacted quickly.

The place was a little hard to find with no signs or anything pointing at this building and the pool area/common are could use some maintenance. There were footprints on the walls and cleaning prior to my arrival definitely could have been better. After mentioning this, the staff quickl came by to fix it. During heavy rain, the ceiling started leaking, to which they also reacted quite promptly. They immediately offered me to change the room but I decided to stay in mine so they came with towels etc. to fix the issue.

Good basic facilities.

It was really hard to find, with no signage at all.
