location was good and hotel was clean

terrible staff. i booked Mandalay Bay but when i reach to lobby they told me i will stay in W hotel its next building. by walking to reach the room it takes 15 min. Hotel valet took my car in entrance but i stayed in W hotel and while was checkinh out they did not bring car. me and my family walked 15 min with luggages to take car. and they are requesting Valet fee
