The location was perfect. The bonus was having the onsite onsen including an outdoor one on the rooftop.

Spacious clean and tidy room. Easy walk to restaurants, bus stops, train station and the main street. Well worth considering for a stay in Hakone. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

The central location, easy going attentive staff, restaurant facility and free breakfast after my second night, shuttle bus service to station, large well lighted room with good amenities incl free Wi-Fi , open bath area, having to remove shoes and use slippers in premises, and overall value for money.

The cheerful efficient staff, clean, bright spacious room, restaurant, free breakfast on my second day, public indoor and open-air baths, central location less than Ikm to Hakoneyugato station, and shuttle service available in the morning (choice of 9.30, 10.15 or 11.00am). The hotel staff also confirmed that I was able to book a free pass tour, covering train to Gora, cable car, free rope to Togendai, boat cruise to Hakonemachi or Motohakone-to, bus back to Hakoneyugota and finally local train the following day to Odawara station. The woman at Information Centre Hakoneyugato had wrongly informed me that the free pass giving the boat cruise was not available. She said the only pass that I could buy was a Owakudan ticket, and that there was no ticket desk at the station meaning I would have to use a vending machine. Thanks to the hotel staff I was able to book a 2 day free pass from the ticket centre in the station.

Nothing at all. Everything was quite exemplary.

Camera ampia e spaziosa, letti comodi. In stanza erano presenti: haori, yukata e zori per utilizzare l’onsen.

Mi è parso che il personale non fosse particolarmente gentile. Anche quando abbiamo chiesto per lasciare i bagagli il giorno dopo (prima della partenza), non hanno fatto salti di gioia. Abbiamo quindi optato per un locker

Отель расположен в красивом месте, в ущелье между двух живописных гор. Принимая теплую ванну на крыше отеля можно одновременно любоваться природой. Отель расположен в шаговой доступности от жд станции, идти минут 15. Автобусы туда не ходят, можно заказать такси. Комната была хорошего размера, очень уютная, на кроватях лежали кимоно, 2- а вида обуви, ходить дома и на улице. В номере был чайник, правда куллера с водой нет, стояла только одна бутылка воды 0,5. В номере. Микроволновка есть на этаже, на ресенпшен можно налить горячей воды или кофе (растворимый). Завтрак я не брала, не могу оценить. Была приятно удивлена, что мой багаж занесли прямо в номер, который располагался на верхнем этаже, без лифта. Не знаю это мне повезло или всем так делают

Нет лифта, ступени высокие, даже спустить багаж вниз было не легко

The location was great - quiet, but close (walking distance) to town and the station. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we got upgraded to a bigger room, which was fantastic. The outside onsen was amazing.

There's no lift to the upper floors, but thankfully we had light suitcases.
