O quarto é espaçoso e a cama confortável.

O hotel é antigo, sem elevador. O senhor da recepção não fala inglês e não foi fácil entender as instruções do onsen.

The indoor onsen is clean and spacious. The room is big, decorated in a nice western Japanese style. All amenities are provided. It is an easy 10 minute walk from train station. You get a nice view of the creek along the walk.

The shuttle bus to station should start at 8 am as people want to start explore area early. The outdoor onsen need to switch time between man and woman.

The breakfast was really good ,and the staff was kind.

1)there is no elevator trust me after a long day of walking it becomes hard to climb to 4th floor with luggage . 2)there is no public transportation to this place , it requires you to walk for some time ,hire a cab if u can . To be fair the hotel staff did arrange a shuttle for me to yumoto hakone station but it was only one time after checkout .
