Lovely guest house and very friendly,helpful and attentive staff. It is 10 minutes from town by taxi, close to a water fall and quaint train station. Worth a visit and can easily recommend.

The hotel was a great budget friendly option in a cold location. I have booked their superior single room and it was clean and comfortable. And the staff was friendly and supprted me to find travelling places in Ella.

I like tge cleanliness and the hosoitality of the hotel staff. Food was really good.

We had a great stay at Kithaya Ella in Ella, Sri Lanka. The room was a good size, with a private balcony that had a table and chairs—perfect for relaxing with a view. The bathroom was spacious and featured hot running water, and honestly, it had the best shower we've had during our entire stay in Sri Lanka! The host was incredibly kind and went above and beyond—when we arrived and asked for soap, he actually went out and bought some for us straight away. He even did our laundry, which was a lovely bonus. The location is great—just a 10-minute scooter ride into Ella town and around 15 minutes to the trail leading to Nine Arch Bridge. It’s also just a 2-minute walk to the train tracks, where you can access beautiful trails to Ella Rock, Kuda Ravana waterfall, and the Black Bridge. There was a fan in the room that kept it nice and cool, even during the warmer parts of the day. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality while staying in Ella.

I stayed for one night and it was wonderful.the host was Very very friendly & helpful. The rooms are very clean and very beautiful,very comfortable bed. Good location in Ella to go to Ella rock. Definitely Highly recommend for others. The charges for the rooms are in acceptable rate.
