The Kithaya Ella resort provided us a great service during the vacation. The customer service of the hotel is superb. The internal conditions of the hotel are great and the hotel management guided us to enjoy our vacation without any barriers within the Ella area.

nice place to stay and i was come it on train, it is very easy way to come this location, breakfast is superb and owner is very friendly for us ,view is amazing

everything is ok

Didn't have air conditioners in the rooms. It felt a bit dusty due to carpets.

Food was prepared at the hotel. Delicious and served at the correct temperature.They were in courteous and willing to accommodate us in many ways.

With regard to hotel nothing to complain. But realised path towards the hotel,mainly by the side roads had rubbish scattered everywhere.

The breakfast was freshly made and very nice The bed was comfortable It was good value for money Friendly staff

It is brand new so they haven’t finished decorating yet. They are getting used to hosting guests & the hill js quite steep to get down to the property. You need a TukTuk to get in and out, the walk is too steep
