Spacious and well-appointed aside from not having a TV.

Minor observation but we would have liked a smart TV with access to Netflix etc

The space was clean and comfortable and area was quiet. We were pleasantly surprised. The host was available when we had questions and we went out for breakfast to nearby spot. Overall a positive experience.
