The doormat is supposed to be flatten outside bathroom and not to keep folded inside bathroom as it feels unhygienic to touch.

Everything was fine

We liked to continue our booking for the next day but hotel management neither informed us for that we are booked and we can't stay as we have already booked.and he took new bookings without confirmation of us
