Lovely staff and great location - restaurant food very good and very close to other restaurants with Indian dancers. Pool was small but clean

Air con in our room just blew air- definitely not cold enough - complained and was looked at but not fixed

Services will not setisfide

Nice modern hotel....clean....quiet area....westernised....

Ask staff on many occasions to get hot water....never happened....ask for items for room....never happened...limited breakfast...... Always get price before you stay........and write down

The room was decent.

1. No Wifi (kept telling us to connect to a router right outside the room and it never did) 2. The shower water pressure was horrible. 2. The front desk staff is a joke. Highly unprofessional, extremely irresponsible, misguided and poor communication with each other. After repeatedly discussing the checkout timings, the staff were clueless of refunding the additional amount paid, invoice not being ready, etc to a point that it took them over 20 mins to contact other members of the staff (different shift) to make sure the payment (plus additional money for quick checkout) was paid in advance. We almost missed our flight. Disgusted with the quality of service from the front desk staff assuming they deal with foreign tourists a lot.
