"Perfect stay"

The location is perfect as it is near to Bapu bazar & Hawa mahal. We were upgraded to suite so we were very happy. Overall it was a comfortable stay. I would love to stay there again.

They should increase their pool timing as it is 7am-7pm

Clean and tidy

Lifts not working at all. Rooms not cleaned even though staff were informed. Communication between staff is poorly managed as different staff tell you different answers for the same issue. Kitchen service is poor with limited choice. No bottle water supplied and curtains in shower are falling apart
