Corporate Uptown Furnished Apartments

The location was amazing as it was easy to walk to everything Uptown! Parking was simple and plentiful as well. The condo was large and gave our family space to spread out. The gym was a highlight too! Great amenity.

Sound travels up from the street easily so if it was not the quietest if that is important to you. The beds were okay. Everything else was amazing.

Location was excellent.

Dishes left in dishwasher, bedding and sheets left in the dryer, and half a roll of toilet paper in both of the bathrooms.

Location was great. The apartment was good size. In general it was comfortable and good for a long stay. Access to the gym and pool were also highlights.

It has been awhile since our stay but I do recall a few basic items that I felt should have been present especially because this place is billed for long term stays. A full length mirror, shelves for clothing, and a sharp chef's knife are a few that come to mind.

Employees were nice.

Wish it was a bit more disabled friendly/clearly marked.

Great location in uptown Charlotte, lots of restaurants and museums within walking distance, secure building, rooftop pool (small pool but it was relaxing to be up there), spacious apartment with stunning views of the city. Great communication with owners although it was somewhat impersonal. Washer and dryer in unit. Clear instructions for check in and out.

I’m not sure how many units Pelicans owns but the apartment we ended up staying in didn’t exactly match the photos advertised. Kitchen pots and pans need to be updated and I would recommend having a rice cooker in the apartment. I agree with other reviewers here that the couch was not comfortable. Also, the messaging about not revealing we booked through booking.com was sketchy. You should just provide the explanation as to why we can’t say where we booked the apartment through.

The company was very responsive and check-in was easy. The apartment itself was spacious, clean and conveniently located, with great amenities. Great place for an extended stay.

Great location. Quiet, clean, comfy beds. Would stay here again.

Didn't diminish our happiness too much but the drapes don't block the light well and the bedframe sticks out farther than the mattress and I kept hitting my shins--we wrapped some towels around the ends. But we liked the proximity of the apartment to museums and restaurants and found it otherwise commodious.
