Being central means you’re in the middle of the nightlife so it can get loud at night.

Location was ideal. Apartment wa beautiful.

The communication related to the parking was a little concerning since we did not know if our car was going to be towed the first day. Everything was resolved though.

Wonderful location in the heart of Charlotte and close to many attractions and restaurants.

The cleanliness was far below expectations

It doesn’t look anything like the photos. The unit was old and had outdated furniture. The bedding and towels were awful. It felt more like a hostel than anything else. Additionally, the whole process of checking in, checking out, and dealing with the keys was a hassle. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to stay. The photos were very misleading.

There was no breakfast

I would have liked to talk to an actual human being, instead of everything being communicated through email. I had some questions regarding check out, I called the local phone number, left a message and did not receive any answers.

The living room couches were not comfortable as we needed the sofa bed for some of my party

The apartment building was easy to find and was in a great location. Pelican Rentals gave instructions ahead of time on how to obtain the keys/fobs, the parking pass, and the binder with more info. The apartment itself was beautiful and had fantastic views of the city. It was very clean, the furniture was comfortable, and the Wi-fi was good. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious. Each ensuite had a big walk-in closet. The building's fitness center and pool were very nice. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony enjoying the view. The building was quiet. We never heard any neighbors. The building and parking garage were very secure. We would stay here again! I didn't get pictures of the apartment. But, the city views I posted were taken from our balcony.

I didn't get the apartment building with the rooftop pool as advertised. However, the apartment building we got was a block away and had a bigger pool. My daughter and I had just been looking forward to a rooftop pool.
