"Delightful alternative to traditional hotel"

Beautifully appointed. Starter packs provided for everything we needed for laundry, dishwasher, bathroom, kitchen. Very friendly and professional staff at concierge desk. Residents and guests all friendly. Location safe, quiet and beautiful view. Pool facilities, fitness room.

Initial confusion about what was needed for parking (transponder and decal) but effectively and fairly quickly resolved.

"Great location and comfortable bed."

Location was great with good views of the city, especially from the top floors. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Front desk staff very polite. Wifi connection was good.

Exterior door to shared balcony didn’t lock. Netflix was not working, free television was so slow it was unwatchable.

Great location, beautiful view.

Knowing the building address at the time of booking would’ve been extremely helpful for planning the rest of our stay. Recommend advertising that information to people instead of waiting for the day before reservation time. The sketchiness of not mentioning who we booked through to the workers at the desk was not enjoyable. Made us wonder if we were even allowed to be there.
