Las escaleras , la cafetera no funcionó esta mohosa la llave del baño está rota para bañarse un trabajo para abrirla las sábanas no se sentían limpias puse unas mías hay estufa pero no hay ollas para hacer nada las que hay están feas por favor mejoren y limpien esos alrededores están feos cuando deberían estar pintados y bonitos los alrededores de la piscina están llenos de lama y manchas y el precio está muy alto no concuerda con todo eso muy caro debería mejorar porque tiene buena ubicación y el lavamanos está tapado

It was cheap for a last minute booking after a cancelled flight and walking distance to a lot of bars and restaurants.

The apartment seemed as if it wasn’t cleaned from the people who were there before us. Dishes in the cabinets had grease and oil on them as if they hadn’t been cleaned. There was almost no handwashing soap by the sink in the bathroom and used bars of soap from previous occupants were left in the showers. Ants all over the apartment from the time we got there to the time we left. Found previous occupants discarded fake eyelashes on the ground in the kitchen and a roach spotted in the kitchen as well. The keys didn’t lock the gate in front of the door or the deadbolt and our first day there the gate to let people in and out of the apartment complex was wide open and seemed broken it felt a little unsafe that when leaving the apartment was could only lock the doorknob. Pictures of the apartment online did not match the apartment we were in. I understand having multiple properties but the pictures we saw on bookings website were not the apartment we stayed in and it wasn’t stated anywhere that it was multiple properties and seems a little misleading to only have pictures of one property when you could be put at any and they aren’t all the same quality.

Location was great. Room was clean and quiet. Check in process was pretty easy and uncomplicated.

Exterior of building is in need of paint and maintenance. We could have used more towels, extra pillows and more TP.

Realmente el lugar es tranquilo, todo esta cerca playas, supermercado, gasolinera ! El anfitrión me atendió cuando tuve la necesidad de saber unas cosas rapido! definitivamente volveria quedarme ! Intenté extender la estancia pero ya no pude! 😅❤️mi esposo y yo Quedamos encantados

Toilet was leaking and ants were on the counter

Nice decor. Spacious for 1 person. Left multiple bottles of water! AC works quickly and well. Located across street from beach access (1 block) and near 24 hr grocery options (Walgreens & pharmacia), restaurants and other sites.

3rd floor, narrow steep stairs- no advance notice of stairs at all!! 24hr car rental return next door is very loud, cleaning cars, all night long!! No noise or weather insulation around door. No full length mirror (only short one over sink). I stayed for 4 nights and “Amenities” left were a 1/4 full bottle of watered down liquid soap, half a roll of toilet paper, 2 bath towels and signs telling you there are extra charges for staining towels and leaving kitchen area dirty. The bathroom sink had a slow drain and toilet only flushed on full water side. Meanwhile my first night I discovered a secret sugar ant infestation. I notified Victor of these concerns the 2nd day there. He was quick to respond and came with 2 rolls of toilet paper, a can of bug spray, a face towel & wash cloth (requested); he verified drain issue & said he’d return to plunge the drain. I only had contact with him again when I checked out. He had not returned to address any other concerns again.
