La manija en la ducha tiene problema para abrir. Está muy recia.

Todo la ubicación, el cuarto,el parking la comodidad.El precio súper accesible.Hubo mucho silencio toda la noche el aire acondicionado excelente para las calores en PR. Hay agua caliente para descansar relax . Sin duda me quedaría muchas veces más por la ubicación es la mejor ni tienes que sacar el carro del parking. Y el dueño siempre responde a todas las preguntas a tiempo y dudas. Sin duda lo mejor!

I like the proximity to the restaurants and the beach. As well as it having AC and a little table for us to eat on and overall it was a nice place for an Airbnb.

The shower handle was broken so it was hard to turn on/off. The sheets and towels smelled like you forgot them in the washer. There were just a lot of little things that were broken or could have been updated, however it was still a good stay on a budget.

I didn't stay there

I didn't like the place looked run down beat down . Ghettoish.no lights no air. And I ask the guy did tht place has lights n air he said yes n as soon as I open tht door omg no way I was staying there n the guy said stay thy working on it. I said no thank u. . he said he will reimburse me he never did I put him up for fraud

This property was an absolute disaster. I could not get into the property and had to book a hotel instead. The instructions for getting the keys were incredibly confusing. They were multiple screenshots and pics including pics of a lockbox which was not the one for the property. There was NO phone number included with the instructions to call to get clarity on accessing the property. And after I complained (after having spent the night at a hotel) they accused me of stealing the master keys that were contained in another lock box. Even finding the property was not easy. It is on a street with many condo complexes and the street number of the property is not on the front of the building and there was no advice as to, for example, "it is next to the XYZ shop" or here is a photograph of what the front of the building looks like, so you can easily recognize it. I would highly recommend NOT booking this property.

The car gate it had problem but for every tenant I guess the week the gate doors started to mess up
