I really enjoyed their accommodations in making my friend's birthday and first time at a ryokan onsen memorable. He mentions coming back again with another friend in the future. Tysm!

I disliked the fact I was only here for one night! I wish I could have stayed longer; perhaps next time!

Very photogenic, cultural place. Food was great and staff helpful. If we are to come back would like to try the newer western style rooms.

Outdoor onsen water level was low and was only lukewarm, making it quite unpleasant to stay outside as at 8 to 12c temps. Thankfully we have a private onsen in our room.

Es un hotel precioso tanto por fuera como por dentro.

Está bastante lejos y no están muy preparados para turistas. El inglés deja bastante que desear.
