冲着千与千寻同款红桥来的，整体的入住体验比较不错，订的是佳松亭顶楼，窗外的风景很让人放松，静谧感十足。晚餐是送到房间的怀石料理，很有仪式感，餐品也很精致，口味偏淡。房间内的私汤很好泡，热水不停循坏，想泡的时候随时能泡。

相对于这个价位的住宿来说，尊贵感方面还是欠缺了一些，除了硬件设施齐全，软性服务方面并没有让人影响深刻，可能我们是外国人的关系，英语沟通并不是很顺畅，这方面有待提高。最后如果能在退房时有一个伴手礼的话会更加分。

Hospitable staff with a warm welcome upon arrival - welcome snack served was a slice of castella cake & cup of green tea. Beautiful ryokan with 3 wings to explore - excellent activity have guests look for stamps in the various photo spots in the property. Kids were well entertained exploring the grounds. Room was large, clean and comfortable. Corridors well heated in the chilly mid-March weather. Very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Road leading towards ryokan carpark was narrow for 2-way traffic but otherwise adds to the mysterious entry to this historical building.

The journey to the location was an adventure by itself. But it was beautiful and worth the journey. The property surrounded by beautiful green forest. Worth the visit.

Red carpet in the tunnel needs to be replaced, the wooden path has water underneath.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The food was beautifully delicious and the onsen incredibly relaxing. A great stay and I will highly reccomend to anyone.

I found the room to be too warm. It would have been nice to have an option to cool it down, such as a fan.

It was very well maintained and quiet . The staff were very friendly and I loved the amenities . The food and service was excellent.
