Moontana Beachfront Villa

La villa est très jolie, une vue imprenable sur la mer. Une proximité avec les commerces

Nous n'avons pas été accueilli a notre arrivée. Nous avons pu rentrer grâce a l'homme de ménage (très gentil d'ailleurs) qui nous a laissé entré. Après ca personne n'est venu. Nous avons du utilisé la wifi d'un restaurant proche afin de contacter le manager, qui celui ci nous a répondu qu'il ne se déplacerait pas et préférer répondre a nos questions par message... Le petit dej n'était pas au rdv, les repas venaient du restaurant a côté (pancakes pas cuits, parfois 1, parfois 2 toasts suivant leurs envies etc) La baignoire est très jolie, mais pas fonctionnel... la colone de douche fuit et se détache, il n'est pas possible de prendre un bain car pas assez de débit donc prend 1h30. De l'eau a peine chaude. La route est très passante et la porte d'entrée donne directement sur la rue. Le logement est donc très bruyant, cela ne nous as pas posé problème (boule quies) mais il peut être un problème.

In generale rispetto ad altre strutture affini il costo è elevato rispetto ai servizi offerti. Il personale disponibile ma a volte entravano nel balcone della villa senza avvisare. Pulizia migliorabile

La villa est somptueuse. Kadek, notre hôte, est exceptionnellement gentil. Tout était parfait !!!

Amazing view of the ocean. Only god thing to say about the place unfortunately

Everything was dirty when we arrived. The floor, the towels and the sheets were dirty, and not replaced once in our 5 nights stay. When we put the towels on the floor, they were just put back up. Cups for tee/coffee were dirty as well, and when used, they were not replaced or even cleaned. Just put upside down again, with coffee remains. On the first day, we ran out of toiletpaper, since only the one already in use was there. We could not get hold of the staff, so we had to go and buy our own toiletpaper. The bottles for both shampoo and conditioner were empty when we arrived. The staff was quickly to fill it up when we told them, I must say. The villa (really just two bedrooms with a shared terrasse) are worn out really bad, and needs a make over, before it is ok to charge the amount they do. Both doors to the pool area from the rooms, were impossible to closed and lock prober, as they were worn out.

Отличное место и отель. Для остановки на 1-2 дня для посещения местных достопримечательностей, то что надо. . Свой бассейн закрытый, никого рядом. И вид на вулкан на миллион. Еще плюс, тут можно встретить и рассвет и закат не выходя из номера.

I truly don’t understand some of the complaints that I read in the reviews. This place is literally a miracle on the island where many locals don’t have access to drinking water. It’s big, it’s clean, it has an amazing swimming pool and the best view on the ocean and the volcano right at your bed. With that said, it is true that the street is very noisy and we also heard some music coming from one of the restaurants I think. But I just carry earplugs with me, so it wasn’t a big deal. It was hard to believe, but this place actually better than the pictures. Maybe later on there will be a solution to the road noise, such as an additional fence (maybe even green) to absorb some sound. But this place is heaven and I would definitely stay there again.

The street is a bit noisy, but it wasn’t an issue for me personally.

Ocean View

Its not a hotel, so no amenities. It was more of a high end villa room but location in Bali is everything so it was wright Infront of the water for picture perfect view. the Beach was walking distance.
