The place, ambience, facilities etc

Restaurant service was bad. We had to wait for a long time to get our lunch. It was not disabled or senior citizen friendly. No elevators so one has to climb a flight of stairs to the restaurant or order room service. The reception and recreation center were extremely hot and unbearable

Breakfast was ok

I was very disappointed to find the resort did not keep with the Brand. Fridge was not working. Bathtub was not clean. Geyser wasn't good enough both in Capacity and time to fill in bath tub with Hot water in 2-3 fillings. Water would go cold before next cycle. No supplies were provided to use bathtub. There were no quick food supplies in mini fridge. There was no Bar in the facility as they had no license to serve against what is advertised about facilities. Very misleading. Kettle was not working in the room. No coffee/Tea was provided in the facility

The only hotel at Badami

Sterling Badami is pet friendly resort But it does not mean dogs can bark at 5 am and break occupants sleep

One of the best places to stay in Badami. Period. The property is amazingly beautiful. Serene. Staff is exceptionally cooperative and have gone above and beyond to help us.

The hot water system needs to be fixed. They have a limited 10-15 liter capacity which is not enough when a family stays.

The surroundings and the property itself is calm, peaceful with variety of birds chirping.
