Magnifique endroit. Belle plage sans sargasses. Tres peu de monde. Calme. Lieu de ponte protégé des tortues et nous avons eu la chance de voir les bébés tortues sortir de leur nid dans la nuit ! Belle piscine. Logement tres confortable et très bien équipé. La propriétaire Joan est très sympathique. Le plus chouette logement de notre séjour au mexique .

The apartment was the perfect size. The views were amazing and the location very peaceful. We enjoyed cooking and just hanging out. The complex was pretty much empty when we went so it felt like we had the pool and beach to ourselves the whole time.

A Perfect Beachfront Escape in Akumal – Truly a Hammock Heaven! Akumal has always been our favorite destination in the Riviera Maya, and our recent stay at Beachfront Hammock Heaven only reinforced that! Ideally situated about halfway between Playa del Carmen and Tulum, Akumal offers the perfect balance of beauty, tranquility, and accessibility. I highly recommend renting a car to make the most of all the nearby attractions. This was our first time staying at Beachfront Hammock Heaven, and it exceeded our expectations. The condo is exactly what my husband and I needed—peaceful, private, and stunningly beautiful. Pros: • A large, silky sand beach just steps away, complete with private loungers and a hammock—perfect for relaxing in the sun or shade. • Excellent snorkeling right off the beach with vibrant marine life. • Plenty of parking available, which is rare and much appreciated. • A spacious rooftop patio with comfortable loungers, couches, and a dining table—ideal for sunrise coffee or evening cocktails. • Close proximity to restaurants in Akumal Bay, giving us a great selection without needing to travel far. • A very comfortable king-size bed and a large, modern shower made the condo feel like a boutique hotel. • The balcony view is breathtaking, overlooking the beach and Caribbean Sea. We were even lucky enough to enjoy a full moon during our stay, from the hammock with the ocean breeze—unforgettable!

Cons: • The listing on Booking.com mentions front desk services, evening entertainment, a nightclub, a restaurant, and a convenience store on site, which are not actually available. This seems to be a case of Booking.com using generic or inaccurate descriptors, not the fault of the owner. Still, the listing should be corrected to reflect the true amenities.

Our stay was excellent! We enjoyed the view from the balcany .The beach was not crowded and it was cleaned every day from seaweed. You can snorkel there as it has a variety of fish there. If you want a more quiet and relaxing place away from all the noise and people this is it. Free parking is available. All needed facilities are available in the kitchen to prepare something for you. Would recommend this apartment definitely.

This condo was absolutely the perfect place for me and my boyfriend to stay during Semana Santa. It was so wonderful to have the beach right there the whole time. We could fall asleep to the sound of ocean waves and anytime we wanted to spend time on the beach, we had a private palapa with comfortable chairs, a hammock and shade! The location was absolutely perfect and it was so easy to hop on the main road and go explore the cenotes in the area or drive into Akumal Pueblo or Akumal Playa for a great meal. There was also a great little restaurant a very short walking distance away right on the beach, which was lovely. Joan provided plenty of towels and we had everything that we needed in order to make some simple meals at the condo during our stay. Eating on the porch was wonderful, and always felt very private due to the landscaping and the design of the building. Even though it was Semana Santa and there is a hotel and hotel guests on the property, it felt very chill and calm. It was never noisy or super crowded at the beach or the pool. This location is convenient for accessing the more touristy areas nearby but does not itself feel touristy. Joan said that she spent several years to find the perfect spot in the Caribbean, and she really did find it. I would 100% stay here again.
