Beachfront Hammock Heaven

Location. Right next to the beautiful beach and a nice base to visit Xcaret etc nearby.

The place was very outdated. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and when i lifted the sheets I understood why; it was a makeshift mattress with some layered pieces of foam. The lock hardly worked and it smells kind of bad inside. Im grateful we could stay there and we had a great time nonetheless, but in all honesty I did not like the appartment, sorry.

Location, it has a beautiful and quiet beach. Pool, it has a good pool for toddlers and adults. Apartment was awesome!

It's difficult to find the place if you drive at night. One of our flights was on time but it took forever to pass Customs and get the baggage, and too much time at the car rental place so we ended up trying to find the condo around 10pm. The sign close to the street that takes you to this place has no light at all, and with all the bushes around the sign it's really difficult to see. Follow the instructions of the host, make sure to be between Bahia Principe and Sunscape, slow down even if the other cars won't and even if the street looks like a dead end (at night) it will take you to paradise! :)

Adorable place, incredible views, right on the beach! Joan is an incredibly gracious host- lovely decorated with local art & loaded with all the extras that you can imagine! Thank you so much!

First of all, Joan was a super hostess who was very friendly. Very clear directions were given for this hidden gem. The view from our balcony was serene. We came at night but the next morning, when we pulled the curtains what a magnificent view! We could see how close the aquamarine shore and coconut trees were and you could snorkel to the barrier reef which was close by. The property itself was decorated beautifully, neat and clean, plus every necessity was there and more, including some snorkling gear. We plan to visit Hammock Heaven again!
