Refund process is fast.

After booking ahead, On the day of my check in the property owner canceled my booking saying they were fully booked. I was so upset because i booked and paid ahead of time.

Location was great across the road from SM City mall and walking distance to North bus station and the MyBus to the airport 50 peso . Local Food options close by Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Good water pressure .Although the room was not overly big , especially for 5 people it had everything you need and you oould cook if you wanted too. Our room was a bit run down but everything was very clean. The building seems to be very busy was families and guests so the elevators can get a bit busy and sometimes take a while. Perfect for a family for one night stay between flights.

Host requested more money despite correctly booking with 3 teenagers. Their ages were correct when we booked only the night before through booking.com but owner insisted we pay for 5 adults. After discussing this he was happy for NO extra payment and he was quite helpful but our first impression wasn’t the best.
