The location is so nice and very convenient in front of SM.

Facilities are great almost complete however the rest room is not that clean.

Strengths: 1. The staff were approachable 2. Stove is available thus can cook food

Areas for improvement: 1. We did not get the room posted in the pictures 2. The CR was quite moldy 3. The shower is busted and no proper division, thus CR floor is completely wet after showering 4. There was no bidet 5. There is a tendency for the water to leak from the kitchen sink to the floor 6. Ref is very small 7. Very few kitchen utensils 8. Bumpy beds 9. Provided towels seems dirty looking
