Sunvida is a good place but the unit we're in is not really compared to what my brother booked in the same building.

No internet connection when it says it has internet connection

Internet is poor. Change To PLDT Bed is itchy means bed bugs exist. Little roaches popin out in sink. Ants coming from windows and walls. Brooken cabinetsvand drawers.

Pros Location across the road from SM mall Kitchen facilities, including nice big fridge, kettle rice cooker and hot plate Efficient air-conditioning Smart TV Comfortable bed

Cons Need to really deep clean I found lots of hair that wasn’t mine Maintenance is haphazard it looks like a DIY project for someone who isn’t very good at DIY Wi-Fi very patchy on and off More off than on Really strange towels that look like they’re brand-new, but they don’t absorb any water at all
