Sansui Resorts Yamanakako

La chambre est.belle.et spacieuse, très propre. Mais le onsen n avait pas de baignoire froide. Les oreillers sont trop.grosses et.les.petites trop durs . Pour le.prix c est assez cher. Pas de restaurant sur place. Le Japon n est pas donné. Très dispendieux pour tout.

Die Lage war gut

Ausstattung extrem in die Jahre gekommen. Es war überall sehr dreckig. Man hat gemerkt das im gesamten Hotel nicht täglich gereinigt wurde. Betten wurden nicht gemacht und Frühstück war vom Vortag.

The staff and the owner were exceptional! They went out of their way to help us with anything that we needed - nothing was too hard. They were very professional, very friendly and pleasant to deal with. The Onsen was very nice for relaxing. The included breakfast was tasty and plentiful. A bonus was the resort's associated Coffee Shop, Jura Noire. The hotel staff even dropped us off. Fantastic views (when the weather permitted). The walk back from the Coffee Shop along the lake shore was relaxing and enjoyable. We took our time as we have a three year old that likes to explore. The room was ok in size.

The bed was too hard/firm for my liking but that is personal preference other than that nothing else we didn't like! One tip though, next time I come back to stay here, I would definitely hire a car as taxi fares do add up significantly when travelling back and forth - it was raining a bit when we were there and with a three year old, walking to the main restaurant, foreshore area is quite a distance.

Nice setup with excellent staff. Breakfast was nice with fairly good no. of Vegeterian options.I personally loved the private onsen...very relaxing.Staff also knew English , which was very nice. There was also a nice play area for toddlers.

There was only one deer we could see :D near the resort

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Sansui Resorts Yamanakako. The property itself is stunning, with breathtaking views of Lake Yamanakako and Mt. Fuji, beautifully designed interiors, and a serene atmosphere that makes it the perfect escape. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged, creating a true sense of relaxation. What really set my experience apart, though, was the exceptional service. The young woman at the reception went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. From the warm welcome at check-in to her attentive assistance with local recommendations and small details, she made me feel genuinely cared for. Her professionalism and kindness elevated the entire experience, and I can’t thank her enough.

Location - very close to Yamanakako lake Quality of the room. Japanese style yet very comfortable.

Location of mains electricity ports. Far from both bed and office desk. Breakfast had good selections but hot food was not hot. It was lukewarm.

Quiet location and convenient on-site parking. If you plan to stay here, I recommend coming by car. The private onsen was a wonderful experience, and we were able to reserve it just for our family. The rooms were clean and spacious, but some of the shared areas felt a bit worn and could use some repairs and extra care. Overall it's a great place for a family stay.
