清潔で、部屋やリネンも綺麗でよかった。

清潔ではあったが、消臭芳香剤が置き過ぎていて匂いが強かった。朝食をつけたのだが、清潔感もあり種類もたくさんありよかった。しかし、賞味期限切れのマヨネーズやマスタードが普通に置かれていた。また、トイレットペーパーがそもそも付いてないトイレなどもあった。浴衣の帯がシワシワであるなど、スタッフが外国人なので日本の様な行き届いた配慮がないなと感じてしまった。

I liked the location and the room. The location, although not lakeside as some people may desire, for us was perfect. A little out of the way in the quiet of the woods with msny paths down to Lake Yamanakako. The room was large and appointed and comfortable. The highlight was the onsen. It was perfect. Private and spacious it includes a sauna and plunge pool. Had we stayed longer we would have used it more.

The only things were a shower problem in our room, as much as it didn't work, however we were shown to the onsen until it was repaired and tiny things such as no cups for the drinking water dispenser. A tiny detail.
