服務人員態度非常好

浴室設施不ok,水會漏到外面，水壓太小

周圍寧靜清幽相當放鬆 員工英文都很好，而且相當友善親切 早上也有提供自助餐式早餐 房間不多所以不會有擁擠的感覺，非常喜歡 還有私人的溫泉湯屋可以借用，裡面的物品設備也都很齊全，很喜歡這次的住宿體驗

需自駕前往較方便，但有足夠的停車位，不需擔心

La limpieza

The hotel was wonderful. All the staff and the owner were great. A car is useful to get around. We were extremely lucky that the owner allowed us to use the hotel car. The rooms were beautiful, the beds were extremely comfortable. There was Onsen for private use and a small gym. Breakfast was a good mix of different foods. Could not fault the staff, all very helpful. Would not hesitate to stay again or recommend.

Great stay

The staff were very friendly and went out of the way to accommodate our needs.

For the amount charged, the rooms were dated. There were bugs in our room almost every day. Also a strange smell in the washroom which was hard to ignore by day 2. The buffet breakfast was average and the bed was smaller than average double beds. It is also a bit small for a resort and has very limited facilities, with kitchen closed after breakfast and no direct view of Fuji. Overall it did not justify the price.

It was located near yamanako lake but you need a car to travel around this area. We love that it’s located at a quiet location. Room is lovely with traditional vibe. One of the window can have a peep of Mt Fuji. Staffs and owner are friendly and helpful.

The showering area is a tad cold if you come during winter time. Toilet seat is also abit old. We thought we can wash our laundry but staff told us the dryer are not strong enough so most of our clothes are damp as we can’t use them. Not an issue if you don’t intend to wash your clothes. Overall stay was wonderful
