Paid on bookings.com and when I came to check in. They never opened the gate for me. I had to go book somewhere else. The next day I asked for a refund because I didn't use the room that I paid for and I was never refunded. This is my first ever worst experience with this guesthouse.

Not enough towels and no mirror in bathroom

I was Turned away in the middle of the night and told it was fully booked even though I had booked and paid on time

Wi fi worked

TV did not work. The pool did not have water , the manager did not allow me to check out later even though I paid extra for that, he said booking made a mistake. There was no fridge or coffee or anything ,it was just a bed.
