Almost nothing, except the location which is good. we are completely disappointed

The accommodation is disastrous. I don't know where to start because everything we came across was worthless. First of all, it's a small apartment in a very old building. When you arrive, they leave the key in front of the door under dirty rugs, you have to grab it with your hand. As soon as we reached for the doorknob, it wasn't screwed on at all and fell off, so I had to be a handyman to put it back in its place. Everything inside the apartment is dirty, old and falling apart. There is a carpet that hasn't been cleaned in years and the walls are covered with boards. Where the walls are still wet, they haven't been painted for at least 10 years. The TV doesn't work at all because none of the five remotes left in the room were from that TV. Our stay lasted 3 days and we didn't get a response from the owners at all to our request to activate the TV. Cockroaches and cockroaches are walking around the apartment. It is simply impossible to have a normal stay when anything you touch is covered in dust. The terrace is a separate story. NEVER CLEANED. As for the parking space, although they advertise that you get free parking in the price, THAT IS NOT TRUE. Parking is in a nearby public garage but you have to pay there every time you leave. The owners of the accommodation informed us immediately before the accommodation that we had to pay for the parking ourselves and only after we left the space to send them pictures of the receipts so that they could refund the money for sharking. Although more than 1 week has passed and not only has the money not been refunded, but communication with them is almost impossible because they do not answer the questions asked. I WOULD NEVER STAY IN SUCH AN APARTMENT AGAIN EVEN IF IT WAS FREE. THE WORST ACCOMMODATION I HAVE EVER USED.

The only positive aspect was the central location.

This was the worst apartment we stayed in during our trip. We didn’t receive a passcode beforehand and had to wait outside after calling the owner. The apartment itself was in poor condition—the door handle kept falling off, the key was left under the doormat (great for security...), and many things inside were broken. For example, you couldn’t open a kitchen drawer because it hit the doorframe, and the toilet seat was broken. Parking was also a nightmare. Overall, extremely disappointing for the price.

We booked 7 apartments and overall they were good. Excellent location. Comfortable beds. Clean for the most part.

One apartment had no soap and even when that was reported, they didn't bring any. The same apartment didn't have a single garbage can for trash nor did it have a fridge or a microwave. One apartment smelled strongly of cigarettes, but that may be impossible to avoid in Balkans.

I booked this place in advance and even though I chose to pay on arrival, they charged my card in full on the day of the reservation. When I arrived at the property, I received a message saying they could no longer accommodate me because they had extended the stay of the previous guests—even though my reservation was confirmed and already paid. When I asked a local worker nearby, she told me this wasn’t the first time this had happened and that other guests had also been left without accommodation at this property. The owner called to offer an alternative room elsewhere, but after hearing about the repeated issues from the local staff, I didn’t feel safe or comfortable accepting.
