Central Luxury Apartments

This property is the biggest SCAM EVER! Whoever is reading this, never book anything of those apartmens, becouse you are going to have the worst experience ever!

On the day of the arrival, he told us that our apartmen is not ready, so we are going to be transfered to another apartmen, for the same price (check the pictures from the transfered apartmen). He was rude, pathethic and it was the most unhyghienic apartmen, without any basic needs like functional kitchen, towels in the toilet and similar needs for the same price i paid.

Reasons: - ⁠the apartment is really dirty, not cleaned well from the people before and at all - ⁠there are forgotten stuffs from previous guest(some insurance documents and others) - ⁠the wifi and the TV is not working - ⁠the batteries on the remotes are not working for both TV’s - ⁠ our bed sheets are not changed or washed good they have hair from previous people and some dirty spots which is DISGUSTING 🤮 - Even the PILLOWS ARE NOT CLEANED, and we put towels on them🤢🤮 - the shower stand was broken - In the heading its said “FREE PARKING” there is no free parking

There was a new, clean, useful and hygienic environment. A very central location, close to the Republic Square, everything is under your feet.

Only the building entrance and exterior are bad, everything else is perfect

We got switched to another apartment on the day of the arrival. The appartment is located in the city center and has a garage parking available right next to the building (not the property parking but still great option!). It was clean and comfortable.

The apartment that we booked had a kitchen and this one that they gave us didn’t. It had some utensils in the closet as well as a cook stove but no pot to cook the coffee.

Not possible to connect with WiFi, as probably bery bad signal , also the cable was nearly ripped off the wall where was the socket under the TV. It doesn’t have good window view, even if open one of the window there is a lot of pigeons and poos, which it doesn’t allow to leave the front window open, but only the back one in the bedroom! The property smells bad, to old house. The funny thing was that in the bathroom the head shower was tightened up with plastic hair band as it was broken, SO WASNT POSSIBLE TO GET A PROPER SHOWER AS YOU HAVE TO HAVE THE HEAD SHOWER IN ONE HAND, it wasn’t convenient for ladies to wash their hairs at all! The photos doesn’t show the real face of the property! Very very disappointing!
