Central Luxury Apartments

Fees make the price double, so it is misleading at best. Would never rent it if I've seen the correct price. Room is... tolerable? I could look past dirty dishes and no way to wash them, door handle that falls off, terrible lighting if the room was with normal fees, not doubling the price. Also I was given a different address when coming there, kinda sketchy.

-the appartament looks nice -the mattress was good -the location was perfect.

-we came to our appartament after midnight in early morning for which we paid extra night before, which is okay - but we didnt get any information how to check-in even I though I have previously contacted them I pointed out that we will arrive next day in early morning. Zero preparation for arriving guests. -we have paid for another room but got something diffrent with lower prices. After contacting that there was a mistake, we got an arrogant message to MOVE NOW. -in details its not clean - not properly washed dishes (full of water), the blankets were not prepared, the curtain in first app. was not fixed. -fridge wasnt working, in the second app. it was freezing instead of chilling, in the first app. there was no wine opener -jacuzzi didnt work. -there was not hot water in the kitchen. Some our friends didnt had hot water at all in the whole app. so they went to wash themselves to our shower. -the drain in the shower was full of hair and dirt. After using for first time the water couldnt drain at all and suddenly whole bathroom was full of water. So we cleaned, cleaned the drain in the shower to use it.

The room had very good lighting, a large, comfortable, and strong bed. Very clean. The location is perfect. Right in the city centre and easy access to restaurants, bars, clubs etc.

I arrived 1 hour before the check-in time, and there was nowhere to go, so I called the property owner to ask if I could get into the apartment because there was snow, and It was freezing cold. He was very disrespectful on the phone, and he used a lot of abusive words on me. I have never felt so worthless in my life. He used foul language on me and told me I was selfish and didn't care about anyone else but myself. He literally cursed me multiple times. He told me to go ahead and give a bad rating on Booking.com and even said he would gladly refund me. I had nowhere to go, so I stayed calm. He decided to punish me, leaving me outside for 2 extra hours before he finally gave me access. It was a terrible experience for me because I nearly suffered a frostbitebite on my toes. I fell sick. The property doesn't have a lift/elevator. If u have heavy luggage, please do not go there. I struggled to take my things up and down as the apartment was on the 4th floor. OVERALL, I HAD A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE BECASUE OF HOW THE HOST TREATED ME.

It’s close to attractions, shops and restaurant. The property is nice, modern and comfortable. The jacuzzi bath is a bonus. Check in and out is very simple. It’s a good value for money so definitely recommend it.

It needs some DIY attention for example one shower doors missing, broken glass in a corridor door. The windows are very old and as it is located next to the big car park you hear noises of the traffic all day and night.
