La struttura ha un grande potenziale essendo un appartamento molto grande ed accogliente

Avrebbe bisogno di un po’ di manutenzione generale e una più accurata pulzia.

Very bad because the day we arrived the host sent to us that he had a problem and he cannot host us And sent u to another place outside city center and with mantenance No water most of the days No elevator most of days Also cheaper that what i paid for

Casa signorile. Ambiente comune molto luminoso ed utile per momenti di relax con cucina utilizzabile. Posizione positiva, non lontana dal centro storico (20’ a piedi) e vicinissima al porto.

Camera da letto buia, affaccia in un fondaco ed è buia anche di giorno; è necessario il climatizzatore per rinfrescarla perché arieggia poco, Nei giorni di permanenza il Wi-Fi non ha funzionato sia in camera che nelle aree comuni.

Ciò che è stato passabile, era veramente poco, il bagno accettabile e ben pulito.

Per Elencare ciò che è venuto a mancare inizierei dalla nulla disposibilità nei nostri confronti gia dal momento di una richiesta di cambio asciugami ( indispensabile e umano dopo una settimana), stanza sporca sotto il letto e piena di mancanze varie, la cucina apparentemente idonea, in verità era parecchio incrostata e per di piu manca qualsiasi prodotto per la pulizia della stessa e dei tavoli ( l'unica cosa presente era lo svelto ). Letto scomodo e materasso quasi invisibile, portando gia dopo la prima sera dolori alla schiena, si consiglia l'utilizzo di un vero materasso.

It was really good location, with free parking on the street and the staff was pleasant and we had nice communication. Also the owner let us in before the check in, so that was really nice.

The WiFi didn’t work during our entire stay, even though the Booking said it has WiFi. They said that it was the area problem, but they didn’t solve it in any way. Also, it was 4 of us in the room, no one cleaned it for a week nor changed our towels, and the room we were in doesn’t have a window. Only little one that opens up to some kind of pantry or something.

Die Unterkunft war recht süß. Das Appartement ist richtig groß, sowie das Zimmer, Balkon hatte das Zimmer auch. Die Lage ist Zentral, zum Teatro Massimo und Shopping sind es nur 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß.

Im Eingangsbereich haben wir Kakerlaken gesehen, liegt aber natürlich auch am Sommer, sowie dem allgemeinen Problem in Palermo mit Müll auf den Straßen.

My friend and I loved our stay in Mariano apartment! It is a cosy place with spacious common areas and nice balconies. Great location, all functioning facilities, super easy check-in/check-out experience, efficient communication with the host. Hope to visit Palermo again, and would be glad to book again with this host
