- The Cathedral Ap. doesn't have windows (i think the other apartments from Mariano have), so you should ask first. - shared kitchen and hallway.

I didn't stay in this cockroach infested hostel long enough to like anything.

This is a hostel set-up with a shared kitchen and lounge. The only window in the room was plastered over, so there was no natural light. But the worst part is the experience with the owner - there were COCKROACHES in our room and we had to leave, but the owner lied to booking.com and said we never checked in to trigger the no show policy (despite us having a conversation about the room and sending pictures of us in it). They cancelled the booking so we could no longer contact them and blocked me on WhatsApp. What a scam!

Location and the host was amazing. Iron was not included in the room and he was able to get one for us.. very appreciated!!

Wi Fi didn’t work at all during my entire stay. The kitchen was nice and large but lacked some basic stuff (wine opener, extra pans, considering it had several rooms occupied)

Common space was big and comfortable

The room didn’t have a proper window and only window it has faces to this outside room of the apartment that smells weird and no air, which concludes that the room had no air plus because no windows you have no idea about outside world if its hot or sunny or raining

Spacious, great common areas, clean, nice balkony, next to the city center, coffee places around, quiet

Uncomfortable mattress (like 5 cm height ), couldnt store our luggage in the apartment (if you want you can store them nearby for 5 euros per piece)

The apartment had good common areas and a big kitchen. It was relatively close to the main pedestrian streets of Palermo and not far from the port.

The mattress was not a real mattress (see pic) and you could feel the boards below it. It was very dark and the only window led to an indoor space. The bathroom had mold in the shower and the Wi-Fi was terrible inside the room. No coffee maker in the kitchen.

It was clean and cozy, lots of facilities and Italian style
