Whitecap Mountains Resort

I booked a room with a king bed through Expedia. When we opened the door to our room we saw a dining table, a kitchen area, a queen bed and a trundle bed. I asked a staff person at the front desk if all the rooms were like this & was told the room I booked online with a king bed wasn't available and they upgraded us to this room at no extra charge. Wow! This is a ski resort located in a very scenic area and would recommend this resort to anyone who downhill skis. We were very pleased with our stay at Whitecap Mountains Resort! All the staff people were very friendly.

Adorable place to stay with very good, friendly staff. The setting is quiet and secluded. I would recommend this place for a visit. Also Lipskeys up the street is a fun, friendly bar with good drinks and pizza!

Nice size room, clean, comfortable beds. Requested new towels daily in bathroom, this never happened. We had to go to front desk to get towels. Restaurant and bar were not always opened until posted hours.

One of the most cleanest resorts I’ve ever seen! Nice people. Beautiful nature! Huge swimming pool.

Did not partake

I really did not like the $25 surcharge for amenities surprise. That fee should be in the overall room rate, not added on as a complete unknown addition, while standing at the reception desk. I would have gladly paid the $25 amount as part of the advertised price. White Cap Mountain is a very unique site. Room coffee needs work. The little packets are hard to open and often tear in the process, spilling coffee grounds.

Central location to all atv trails

Interest hotel. It has the feel of a very fun skiing resort for sure. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The bar and restaurant are very nice.

The vibe of the property was fantastic. We had a room facing Weber Lake. It was great to wake up with the view. The staff were exceptio al. It was a pet friendly lodge....we couldnt have asked for a better experience for our puppies first outing. The staff were wonderful with all the animals. Id say, the puppies got lots of lovings and were bery pleased.

Very strange room set-up. Connecting room without locking doors- very creepy. Room was wide open space with barely anything in it. Worst pillows I’ve ever tried to sleep on. No breakfast. No lighting in parking area.

I had an issue with the shower. The walls need to be re painted. I would stay again though it is a beautiful locations.
