L'emplacement très central et au coeur d'un quartier animé et proche de toute commodité.

Forcément, en étant au coeur des animations, les nuits étaient agitées dans la chambre donnant dans le salon.

שהינו בדירה 4 לילות. חשוב לי לציין שהמיקום מצוין והדירה עצמה הייתה נקייה, אך לצערי חוויית השהות נפגעה באופן משמעותי ממספר ליקויים מהותיים. ראשית, אין כל דרך לתקשר עם בעל הדירה או עם נציג השירות בזמן אמת באמצעים מקובלים כמו וואטסאפ. האפשרות היחידה היא שיחה טלפונית למספר קווי או התכתבות דרך הפלטפורמה של Booking, דבר שגורם לעיכובים משמעותיים במענה. עבור תיירים המסתמכים על חבילת גלישה בלבד, מדובר במגבלה מהותית ואף דיל ברייקר. הבעיה המרכזית הייתה שהאינטרנט בדירה לא עבד כלל עם הגעתנו, ובהתאם גם הטלוויזיה לא הייתה שמישה. פנינו מיד עם גילוי התקלה, אך לא נעשה דבר. למחרת בבוקר נאלצנו לפנות שוב, ואז נאמר לנו באופן מפתיע כי כלל לא דווח על התקלה. הובטח כי יישלח איש תחזוקה, אך נאמר לנו שעלינו להישאר בדירה על מנת לאפשר את כניסתו. התבקשנו להמתין והובטח שיגיע תוך רבע שעה. בפועל המתנו כ 50 דקות ללא הגעה. כאשר יצרנו קשר נוסף, נאמר כי מדובר רק בהערכה וכי יגיע רק בעוד כשעתיים. בשלב זה, לאחר שכבר היה צהריים, לא היה זה סביר מבחינתנו לבטל יום טיול שלם והודענו כי אנו יוצאות מהדירה. נאמר לנו כי במצב כזה לא ניתן יהיה לטפל בתקלה. עם חזרתנו לדירה בשעות הערב גילינו כי הותקן מודם חדש, ללא כל עדכון מצדם וללא השארת סיסמה. נאלצנו לפנות שוב למוקד, שם לא ידעו לספק מענה מיידי ורק לאחר כחצי שעה חזרו אלינו עם הפרטים. מעבר לכך, קיימת אי התאמה בין פרטי הדירה בפרסום לבין המציאות בפועל. אין שני חדרי שינה כפי שמוצג, אלא חדר שינה אחד בלבד ומיטה זוגית בסלון. המיטה בסלון כוללת מזרן דק שאינו תואם למסגרת, דבר שגרם לאי נוחות ואף לפגיעה פיזית בעת קימה. לא הוצע כל פיצוי על כלל התקלות, ורמת השירות של המוקד הייתה נמוכה מאוד, עם מענה איטי, חלקי ולא מקצועי. לסיכום, למרות מיקום טוב וניקיון ברמה גבוהה, ההתנהלות סביב השירות, התקלות והפער בין הפרסום למציאות פגעו באופן מהותי בחוויית השהות. התמורה למחיר אינה סבירה, ולא הייתי בוחרת במקום זה שוב.

The bathroom was dirty and had mould. There was a cockroach in the apartment.

The location was great. The apartment was big and comfortable. We stayed at the apartment for a few nights. The location was good and the self check-in process was convenient. However, our experience ended in a very unpleasant way. On the day we left, we made sure the apartment door was properly locked. When we returned later that evening, we found the door closed but not locked. I immediately checked my personal belongings and discovered that 200 euros were missing from inside the apartment. This incident seriously affected our sense of safety and trust. A rental property must provide a basic level of security for its guests, and unfortunately, in our case, that was not the situation. I strongly recommend that the property owner thoroughly review the access and security arrangements to prevent similar incidents in the future. Unfortunately, despite the positive aspects, I cannot recommend this place due to this serious issue.

The layout was huge!! Really nicely decorated, we really liked the apartment

Could do with black out blinds as it’s hard to keep the curtains fully covering the windows and the street lights make it hard to sleep at times
