- Quiet hours: 20:00-08:00. Please note that this is a private apartment in a noncommercial building, which means that people are living there with their families trying to enjoy their free time out of their workplace. Therefore loud parties and heavy drinking is NOT permitted in the flat. Upon completing your reservation, due to local regulatons we are required to verify our guests' indentity by ID or passport via Guest Adviser's online platform. - If guests are found to have had a party without the permission of the host, which results in extra cleaning, the guests will be responsible for paying the extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of the neighbors alerting disruptions, THE GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. - If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and THE GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. -Only the number of people booked are allowed in the apartment. -In case of violation of the rules, we may cancel your reservation. -Lastly, because this is an Airbnb community not a hotel, and is also my home when I stay in Budapest, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave (Respect our property and our things).This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
