The location is perfect, cleanliness is very good, hosts response very quickly and supplied the necessary items. even it is so close to very high rated restaurants and bars the bedroom was silent. We have not used all but kitchen eqipments are full.

Not enough toilet papers and hand towels for 3 persons, we asked the host and they supplied quickly.

"Amazing apartment, poor managing company"

Apartment is amazing. Spacous, clean, well organised. Everything is in place, located in busy area, but excellent isolation. All amenities were there. Kudos to owner!

Communication with management company was very poor. We were checking in on Monday and for whole weekend they did not reply on emails, whatsap or viber, later claiming that sometimes those end up in junk?!?!?!?! Never had such experience before. On arrival date we were supposed to receive code for entering apartment, but it was not there till last minute, literally on 15:00 I received entrance code, after calling hot line number of their office. I was told by operator code will be sent on 15:00h. I don't see the point of this scheduled last minute sending codes if apartment is ready. Of course we would not leave airport before knowing code, so it took few hours of our stay on day 1. Apartment is wonderful and I hope they can find better management company, cause apartment itself deserves best ratings.
