"Comfortable relaxing mixed with great customer service"

I love staying with this property when in salt lake visiting my family ! The host is so nice an accommodating , easy to communicate with and the place is always clean with plenty of towels !

Location

Was not clean at all. Bathroom, fridge, floor. The apartment smelled badly It was a family trip with our 3yo daughter, so it was unacceptable. They came to clean the toilet a day after

"Clean but better for two people. Host responsiveness questionable."

The location is good and the property could work well for two people but not as comfortable for a larger group.

The heating/cooling system resides in the living room and is very noisy. The pull out sofa is next to the fan for this system. The people that sleep in the bedroom cannot close their door because they will not receive the cool/warm air. We experienced a situation where there was no hot water available in the evening when we checked in, which I hope was a rare event. The host was not able to resolve it until the next day when we were ready to depart, and we were not compensated by host (but Booking.com did compensate). We also received an erroneous text from host at 1am about making too much noise.

"Overall good but air conditioner is noisy. The shower head needs to be replaced with better one"

good: indoor parking space and very good location in city center bad: the shower head makes the shower a bit lame. Water coming out from the showerhead become too small and hard to enjoy the shower at all. The ceiling fan with light control is hard to reach (too high) and the air conditioner is too noise.

Air conditioner is too noisy and the ceilng fan control line to too short and you have to stand on a chair to control it. The shower head needs to be replaced so the water can be better for shower.

"This apartment was perfect and would stay there again the next time we visit Salt Lake City."

Location was great and very quiet. Enjoyed the fitness room. The rooftop area was relaxing and a place to be to watch the sunset. The floor plan was perfect for our needs. It was also nice to have your assigned parking spot.

Needed a bath mat by the tub.
