"Perfect"

Location was good enough. Well curated decor. Love thebsecurity of the building. The commons areas and clubhouse a quiet fitness center.

Disappointed in the lack of a hairdryer that was stated as being provided as i would have brought my own had i known there wasnt one. The fitness center was not marked in anyway so it was very hard to find with no map provided. There was a hole in the linoleum under the side table by the yellow chair that we discovered when we pulled out the futon bed. A resident tried to accuse me of touching his car in the garage. But that car was never parked by my vehicle. So that was rude. Parking was very tight though so anytime unloaded or unloaded my vehicle i had to pull forward if there was a vehicle next to mine. Which was only twice.

The area of the Apartment, it was really clean and good structured.

The Firealarm went Off, but this is something what can't be blamed in the Apartment 😉

Location is great, right near trolly square and a track station. Room was clean, comfortable, and plenty of amenities. Bonus points for the parking garage as parking downtown can be difficult

"Quick trip with me and my teenage daughter. Loved the beds and the location."

Great location! Walking distance to lots of different restaurants. We (my daughter and I) were there to Prom dress shop at Ypsilon at Trolley Square. PERFECT

Neighbors above were a little loud to about 11:30. Nothing enough to be a real Karen about.

The location was perfect for visiting our son at U of U. Loved that you had underground parking. The bed was super cozy!

"Amazing price / great location and I would recdomensd booking"

Property was under renovations but did not hinder my stay ! It was quiet and just beyond amazing ! The hosts were always responsive and so helpful ! The location is amazing within walking distance to market and bars /food ! The underground private parking is such a huge plus considering I was driving a 70k rental car ! The bed was out of this world comfortable and I will be back

Nothing it was all Amazing although not sure why the light in the ceiling in the bedroom Halway to the bathroom if connected to the fan and fan light switch . If you want to sleep with the fan on you cannot shut the ceiling going off near the closet . Maybe get 2 switches
