Charming Downtown Getaway

The apartment was very well laid out and had everything we needed. Great location and we felt safe there. The host was very responsive when I had questions. I would stay here again.

This is a beautifully appointed unit in a newish and clean complex. It was a perfect size to serve as a base for this visiting couple. The kitchen was very clean and the plate, utensils and cookware were spotless. The owners provided coffee, tea, sugar etc in cute little mason type jars with chalkboard labels. Nice touch! The full size washer and dryer came in handy on this last leg of a long trip. There were many food options in the immediate vicinity and grocery stores (Smiths, Trader Joe’s) within walking distance. There is a lovely rooftop patio (one floor up) that was a great spot for morning coffee or a quiet evening reflection . The property was safe and secure.

It was a little bit outside of downtown which, honestly, we liked sometimes but didn’t like other times. It would be a matter of personal preference. The bathroom shower curtain needed replacing.

Perfectly placed in the city, took less than 5 mins to get to the mall, and to the delta center. Couldn’t be more happy with my first experience in Salt Lake City!

Many extras such as a washing machine and dryer and a balcony overlooking beautiful Salt Lake City, secured garage parking, centrally located, very comfortable beds and linens and towels, beautiful kitchen, etc.

Great location, and a parking garage. And easy tram ride into town. Apartment was neat with everything you could want including sharp kitchen knives!
