Boutique Viaduct Hideaway

Está situado justo arriba de un bar disco que pasa música hasta las 4 am, después de 12 hs d vuelo no lo recomiendo! La dirección que pasan en las instrucciónes no es la que corresponde, tuve que caminar bajo la lluvia 3 cuadras con las valijas! Me cobraron muy caro para ingresar antes y retirarme tarde! No tienen lugar para dejar valijas anticipado! Hay que subir al primer piso por escalera las valijas porque el ascensor no llega a planta baja! No volvería ni lo recomendaría jamás.

Noise! If your wanting to sleep, don't stay a Friday or Saturday night. Right next door to HQ, which kicks off at 11pm until 4am. There was a line to get into the club so alot of outside noise.

The location is fantastic and the apartment is very nice and clean, no problems there.

Unfortunately, and very surprised, that the windows and sliding doors are not double glazed. Therefore, the music and people from the bar next door and below was very loud and even with ear plugs we did not get much sleep. It stopped about 2AM. I should have read previous comments on this. I can not understand why the owners have not invested in having double glazing installed. The windows and doors are not that big.

Very handy right on the harbour - Auckland great restaurant below and all around. Very secure property

Access via computer code / QR code a little awkward everytime. The extra costs for early check-in or late check out were a bit expensive. We had booked a late check-out till 12, and when we tried to get back into building at 10.30 the code would not work. We were about to contact owners but luckily someone was coming out.

The location was perfect, a little loud at nightnbutnwe expected this as of its location but it was not as loud as we expected it too be,room had everything we needed. Parking on-site shower had great pressure and check-in was made super easy and host were easy to get a hold of if needed. Will be staying here again

It’s right above several bars so it’s quite loud at night on the weekend, which we knew would be the case. Dont book here if you want a quiet night!

The apartment has not had regular maintenance with many cupboard handles and door hinges loose. There were no shelves in the fridge. Air conditioning filter filthy and not attached properly. There had obviously been sheer curtains on a track at some point. The track was still in place, and the broken cord hanging down over the window. The block out curtains were not fitted properly and hanging off the track in two spots. Privacy was an issue in this apartment if the block out curtains were not drawn, as it is located above restaurants/bars. Check in process both with Booking.com ID check and mixed instructions ftom Apartment management re "key collection in Market Street" and also instructions for pin code etc at the entrance. The floor rug was also badly stained. On the positive side, bed was comfortable and Apartment was clean.

I had step by step instructions sent to my phone. I had a QR code for the scanner on the front door and then a pin code for my room. Very simple seamless and easy to follow which was awesome as my flight got delayed and I had to check in at 10pm.

There wasnt anything I didnt like.

Location

Not much. The property was a little worn with scuff marks and scratches. But clean and well priced for location.

It was bright and reasonably spacious for a studio. Loved the balcony and views to the marina. There is a great vibe around the apartments and so close to cafes and restaurants.

We have no complaints.
