It needed net curtains as there is no privacy in the room unless the curtains are pulled but then you have no view

Just the clubs near by, I think I need to choose a city view room so I can’t hear that much noises from the bars downstairs

The apartment and location were wonderful - great for a summer or winter break.

The check in process was arduous, however, now that we've done it once it will be much more straight-forward next time.

Great location… however the live music from the bar next door started at 10pm and didn’t finish until 3am hence not much sleep

We had just flown into Auckland when we stayed here. To get into the property you have to walk about a block away from the apartment to get access to the keys. The instructions we were given to access our lockbox were fine, but when used there was no key in our lock box. We were able to get someone on the phone quickly that got us into an emergency lockbox with a key, so appreciated the quick help in this case. Once we got to the property the air conditioning was not working and it was VERY hot in the apartment. We also were not able to get our WiFi to connect at any point during our stay. I reached out a few times and was redirected to their “portal” which is a site created with instructions for the air conditioning and WiFi. We closely followed the directions given with each utility and still did not get them working. With continued follow up on our end they did let us know there was a building issue with the air conditioning. The location is great for waking, but just below the apartment are several bars and restaurants so it was very, very loud when we were trying to go to bed that night and it was so hot in the apartment there was no option but to have the patio door open to help alleviate the temperature inside. The staff initially apologized and said they would offer compensation for the stay. However, communication eventually stopped on their end when I inquired how much they would compensate and asked what details were needed when they asked for my account information to complete the refund. I followed up with messages and did not receive a reply and I never received any type of refund. Since there is no front desk you have to pay extra if you want an early or late check in. We paid extra to have an early check in. We still showed up after our initial time to walk in and when we did there was still someone in the apartment finishing cleaning the unit.

The bed was very comfortable, the shower great, the property clean and well appointed with all we needed and a great kitchen. The view was lovely over the Harbour and restaurants and the location was good for access to so much of Aucklands CBD.

The place was very noisy and could do with some sound proofing on the sliding doors. Noise was our ONLY issue.
