Staff is a gentleman and very cooperative. 5 stars for him.

Its an office building. Banks and other establishments on the lower floors. Hotel is on the top floor with just three rooms. The locality is extremely dirty. They kept the rooms and the hotel floor as clean as they can.

Good location with parking option. Very functional with essential amenities.

Communication breakdown for reception and check-in. The room was not well prepared like wifi not turned on and AC not set. Also, the hot water pressure was low which resulted no hot shower. Hot water trickled to fill a bucket.

The apartment was fine, the bed was comfortable, and the AC worked well.

The only downside was the dirty floor (hair and dust) and the dirty curtains on the windows. If these had been clean, the stay would have been more pleasant. In general, cockroaches are a common problem in India — they appeared in the kitchen but were dead by the morning.

The staff was friendly and caring. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and sufficient. It may not be the most picturesque place, but not everyone needs that – I think it’s ideal for a short stay or for people who need to work in Madurai for a longer period. We were two backpackers traveling on a budget, and this place matched our expectations well. In the evenings the main entrance is closed, so you have to go downstairs and enter through the garage to get back up. There was always a security guard present, which felt reassuring.

The location is ok.

The photos are not accurate. The property is aged and not been kept up. Nothing was like it is in the photos. The noise from the temple was deafening. They demanded a cash payment before I even got to see the room, I didn’t have any cash on me thankfully. I was able to leave shortly after arriving because the property was so run down.
