We booked last minute and when arrived nobidy was there to meet us understandable considering the late notice so all was communicated via message. We were not instructed how to check out and left after payi'g. Few hours later was called by a person informing next guesy would check in at 14pm and that our check pit was at 11am, we had left way before at 10ish. So a bt of bettet organisation and communication would be beneficial especially for non locals.

I thought the lounge also could have been fitted with A/C for more charge. It was peak summer though.

Location and facilities.

The linen and towels can be replaced as they appear to be too old.

The air con didn't work so the fans blew hot air on us until 6am when the building alarm rang continuously before the power turned off and we melted for the rest of the stay. The shower ran down the wall so we squatted under the tap instead.

Perfect location for a visit to Madurai. Meenakshi temple is only 5 minutes away in a tuktuk. Spacious room and the staff is extremely helpful. Swift communication over WhatsApp and good recommendations and help. Rooms are very clean and good bed and away from the road so quiet. Recommended!
