Huge rooms - especially the kitchen/living room and the bedroom. Very close to the Palace (10 minute walk)

It’s on a very busy, crowded street BUT you can’t hear the noise once you are upstairs on the 3rd floor apartment. Also it’s not as close to the main temple or railway station or bus station as we would like. We don’t mind a 20 minute walk but walking in the streets in Madurai is a bit stressful.

Very large and very comfortable. Very responsive staff especially the woman who greeted and settled us in. Minor issues were fixed very rapidly and the managers communications were excellent.

All was good though we did not appreciate being asked for a tip by the man who simply sat at reception and was not required by us to do anything at all.

Very good, convenient to tourist spots and local shops. Large spacious apartment which was clean. Great service from caretaker. Safe and secure. On 3rd floor with lift so quiet at night

Everything was smooth and the check in was seemelss. Rooms were clean and all electrical items such as fridge, AC, lights & Geyser worked.

The support staff were asking for tips everytime you stepped out. This is really makes one uncomfortable.

We booked the apartment because of its central location. We could walk to the Meenakshi Temple. It was a short rickshaw drive to the Palace, the Arulmigu Koodal Azhagar Temple and the flower market. We also liked the food places and street food options in the neighborhood. The apartment is spacious, very good AC in the sleeping room, comfortable bed. The apartment is in the 3rd floor and an elevator is available. We got tasty breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff :)

Just for information: The apartment is in a business / bank building and after business ours you need to enter the building through the garage area / ground floor. But their is always a guard :) For us it was ok.

This apartment is in the core of the city, places like temple and palace is at 15 to 20 mins walk or auto rickshaw. It got bigger hall with kitchen. Its good place to watch TV and to enjoy takeaway food with family. Room and toilet were clean. Car parking space available in the basement.

No lift available option to carry luggage from basement to your room (Lift option available from ground floor). For my 8 year son i was charged 600 rupees extra for the additional cot but the hotel information in booking.com says its free.
