They have a private onsen. The staff is wonderful . The breakfast was excellent

The staff were the absolute best they helped us with everything! And went above and beyond. The facilities are amazing it really feels private and romantic. I could not have imagined a better place to stay well i proposed to my partner. We loved how everything was including all we had to do was relax and enjoy.

That we could only stay 3 nights I wish we could have spent a full week enjoying and exploring. ☺️

The view from the dining area was very nice, and the surrounding area has a pleasant atmosphere. Staff were polite.

We chose this hotel mainly for the private onsen, and unfortunately it did not meet expectations, especially for the price. The onsen itself was not well maintained. When we arrived, the water was only lukewarm and there was visible hair, which raised concerns about cleanliness. The ceiling also showed peeling paint and significant mold, which was disappointing and felt unacceptable for a property at this price point. By the next morning the water temperature had improved, but overall the experience did not feel properly managed. The room was quite small with a view of a parking lot, and aside from breakfast, most things were self-service. Dinner was available at an additional cost, but quite expensive and not suitable for all dietary preferences. Staff were polite, but the overall service felt limited. We also found it uncomfortable to be asked to take photos during breakfast for marketing purposes. Overall, the value did not match the price, especially considering the condition of the onsen, which was the main reason we booked this stay.

Great location on beautiful main street of town.

Room has sink and toilet, but the showers were a bit confusing. Once we found them, everything was fine. Kind of like sauna showers with a hot springs bath … only two - on main floor - for all of hotel, but we didn’t have a problem with availability. Also, others dining at the hotel received different food options than us … which wasn’t explained to us when we checked in. Maybe it was something during the booking process that we missed, or just can’t remember?! Overall, a very nice stay and we’d certainly recommend it.

Food was lovely but we felt the portions were too large.

The location and attention to details are remarkable .the food is excellent ,you are treated with so much respect and attention.the employees are very knowledgeable,friendly and very helpful. It s really an exceptional place to stay to enjoy the onsen

There s no elevator and the stairs are difficult to go up and down ,it s noticed nowhere when you reserved .fortunately the employees helped us with the luggage but it s still hard if you are older. They cannot call a taxi to go back to the train station,saying there s just 2 taxis in town,so we have to walk with our luggage to the station and when we arrived,5 taxis were waiting outside of the station….
