Fabulous location, very clean and new

This hotel was truly a highlight of our trip - everything from the staff to the food and location was absolutely perfect. Unfortunately, I came down with a cold in Kyoto, so I wasn’t able to enjoy it as much as I’d hoped. Even so, the experience was wonderful. The rooms were fantastic, and since it’s an adults-only hotel, it was peaceful, quiet, and impeccably clean. The food was endless and full of unique, delicious options. We were so grateful for the care and attention put into every dish - each one looked and tasted amazing. The crab rice bowl was a dream! And the smoothies, especially the morning blueberry blend, quickly became a favorite alongside the breakfast station where you could craft your own yogurt bowls. There are two private onsen on site, both of which were always available when we needed them. Each one was perfect - the temperature, size, and lighting created an ideal, relaxing atmosphere. The hotel’s location is also right in the heart of town, making it a perfect destination for easy access to other onsen baths and nearby attractions. Overall this was my husbands favorite part of the trip, with the beautiful hotel and town!

The only downfall is I didn't get to enjoy it being sick!! I hope to return for a redo one day!

The food and attentive staff

The staff were excellent and nice and very helpful. Its clean and well decorated and managed. The location is excellent overlooking the river and close to the train station as well as next to a local coffee shop and Familymart. The food and drink offerings are good. The place feels cozy and a great experience overall.

The food wasn’t the greatest as it sometimes lacks a bit of flavor and the coffee was passable. A la cart options could be added as a slight improvement.

Staff hospitality is very good and helpful

Vriendelijk personeel, mooie locatie, je kunt gebruik maken van de onsen in het appartement en met de pas de andere onsen in het stadje. Je kunt ontbijten en dineren op de mooie 3e verdieping. En ook borrelen.

Niks aan te doen maar: kamer was iets te licht en last van lawaaierige spoorwegovergang.

Friendly staff, food was good (although a little bit too much), nice private bath within the inn and nice view from the restaurant area.

Staff greets you from the very First second and explains you every single Service, which the Hotel offers. Often Times you struggle to find everything Out by yourself - Here, the staff encourages you to actively Join their free additional Services Like Tea and Matcha, Cake and free beverages Like Cocktails, Beer or Sake. The Hotel has two private Onsen and only a few guests, this way you are Most of the time private by yourself. You also get a free bathpass for the 7 Onsen in the City. Breakfast can be choosen: Western or Japanese. Overall I recommend and as soon ascwe visit Japan again, we will come Back.
