Staff.Food is very horrible

Great view of tea plantation from balcony.

Average food, water was muddy and were not able to bath. Very disappointing

The view from the room is absolutely stunning. The staff are warm and helpful, always ready to assist with trip planning. Breakfast was enjoyable, and the room itself was comfortable—but the view truly steals the show.

I would recommend informing the staff in advance if you’re arriving late, as network connectivity is limited and Wi-Fi may not be immediately accessible. Since the reception closes at night, it can be challenging to communicate or locate assistance after dark. It would be helpful if the property could consider sharing Wi-Fi details beforehand or enhancing late check-in communication for a smoother arrival experience.

Management of overall affairs could be better. Food is not so great. Wi-Fi was not available mostly. Cleanliness could be better. Used plates kept outside the door stayed there for more than 24 hours

Far away from munnar. Food options are very limited. Service takes lots of time and follow up. After evening going out is difficult.

It’s beautifully located far from the main downtown Munnar. Each room has a view and a dense jungle on the right side and gorgeous estates in the front.

The views. Also the food was Fantastic!
