Good location. Good layout Nice to stay in

Had a sky light directly above the bed which shone daylight right in our eyes. Couldn’t close it. Needs some painting.

Location was excellent because we were using public transportation.

Very few instructions left for the guests. When we arrived there was no soap in kitchen or bathroom (for dishes and starting supplies for bathroom) In bathroom there were some filled soap containers but they did not work. In kitchen, the hotplate had been set to childproof and it took a couple of contacts with Eric to sort out and then I ended up having to go on the internet. There were no sharp knives. Absolutely no basics like saran wrap, salt & pepper etc.

Excellent location for visiting Amsterdam. Central for Haarlem facilities. Very comfortable with all amenities including WiFi. Loved the heated floors. Supermarket 5 minutes walk away.

Kitchen a little cramped - fine for 2 of us, not sure how it would have worked for a bigger group.

It was a nice appartment and having a separate bedroom was a plus. The bathroom was good and the location could not have been better.

Cleaning of the kitchen was poor. There was leftover food in the microwave ant the cutlery was dirty.

"Disappointing"

beds are not comfortable and squeak , house was cold and really hard to warmed it up . code for the door was not working when we first arrived.
